You won’t be disappointed!
We hired a car but there are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance if you need anything. Good location and there was evening entertainment but we kept missing it because it was around dinner time. It would be good to have tables and chairs near that area to enjoy the entertainment while you eat or drink.
More than one pool available too, one catered to kids and the other is an infinity pool overlooking the beach. Beach is gorgeous although the buoys are set out in a very small area which isn’t helpful if you want to take photos without people in the background.
We didn’t eat at the restaurants but breakfast was lovely and bar staff were great when getting drinks. Seher served us and he made sure we were happy with the drinks we’d chosen.
Really friendly staff who do all they can to make your stay comfortable. I know I’ll be back soon! Thank you and shoutout to Isaac because he does a brilliant job!

Overall a good experience with minor necessary improvements
Checking in was simple and the staff were friendly and able to answer all questions (what time breakfast was served till etc). We were then promptly transported to our rooms as well as our luggage via golf cart which is a great opportunity to take in the scenic views. All 3 rooms were clean and spacious with patios rather than balconies on this occasion, which unfortunately didn’t offer a real view of the sea nor sunsets.
During our stay we again dined at Cinnamon, which is a help yourself buffet, the offerings throughout were improved due to it not being Ramadan but were still very limited with the highlight being a decent salad bar. Drinks are still overpriced (24 AED = £5.21) for 1 can of Diet Pepsi excluding the additional 7% Destination Fee, 10% service charge, and 5% VAT added on top of that. Whereas if you purchase from elsewhere it’s significantly cheaper (4 AED = £1) from restaurants just down the road, or even the petrol station just outside the resort.
Cinnamon also offer an All Day Menu option accessible via a QR code with similar offerings to the room service menu, which has a decent variety. Unfortunately the staff seem rather untrained and panic when it comes to taking said orders and always bring over a manager to repeat or take the order, which in a restaurant that offers the ability to order should be able to take orders without jumping through various hoops. Luckily the managers seem well trained and are always friendly and happy to help majority of the time. Food ordered via the menu came well presented and within a reasonable time frame (20-40mins) depending on the items.
We also dined at Basilico again which is their A la carte restaurant, the food was high quality and had a nice dimly lit ambiance. In terms of food theres a decent variety and the appetizers and main course sizes were great but desserts certainly need a refresh because they’re really tiny with the only substantial dessert being the Tiramisu.
The Cove also offer 24/7 Room service which is fantastic as long as you’re willing to wait 30-40mins, the food is well packaged and is great quality, it’s well presented and is delivered to your room on a tray
Luckily this time all our room keys worked flawlessly and there were no issues accessing our rooms. A mini fridge is also still offered within each room, but my previous feedback still hasn’t been acted upon and there’s still no ventilation to the fridges so they barely get cold, so soft drinks are still a viable option but fresh fruit and perishable products (milk etc) i would avoid unless you’re willing to keep the display door open to the fridge which helps significantly.
Throughout our stay we had our rooms cleaned on a regular basis, but on multiple occasions our amenities weren't replaced as well as the correct amount of towels being swapped out, some days i had 2 some days i randomly had 4 which was an issue previously as well as the room cleaners randomly leaving the patio/balcony doors unlocked which is a severe security risk especially when the resort claims no liability for lost or stolen items. The Mattress's in the rooms this time weren’t as firm which is a significant improvement over last time.
Overall The Cove is still really nice and me and my family will certainly return again in the future, but certain aspects need to be addressed to enhance the experience

Perfect
Beautiful and very green area, perfect food. Very clean, very comfortable, very cozy. The sea and beach ️ are great.
