Absolutely amazing. Had a great time. Amazing breakfast. Love how you can make your own pancake. I will definitely be back.

This was not a pleasant experience. I had issues with the tv (seems to be a thing), where it was not connected to wifi or something. There was a draft from the door because it seems to not have been on the hinges correctly. It was a for sure safety issue. See pictures below.

Hampton has lost a step in the past decade. Beds used to be very comfortable but last two stays feel like sleeping on a blanket covered sidewalk. Pillows are like marshmallows though and that's a good thing. Bath area was spotless. TV is large with a crisp picture. Remote is simple to navigate by touch. Basic wifi was adequate for light duty. Blackout shade is good at keeping room dark. Floor noise was minimal, even with our room next to elevator. Breakfast. Ive had worse, and I've had better. Eggs are still being served; scrambled, hard boiled, and cheese mini omelette depending on what's on the warmer. Sausage patties or links. Same taste-greasy pepper, or crispy translucent meh bacon, and there was biscuits n gravy one morning that were fillingf. DIY vanilla or strawberry waffles that are pretty good. Coffee is good, juice is institutional concentrate that will spike your glucose. Snack shack was pretty bare. No sodas, no beer no wine. Fitness room was clean and kept up. Ice was clean. That all said, it is definitely a good price for what you get, and I'll choose it over best western, rodeway, and motel 6 all at about same price point.

Good choice in Sonoma County

The Hampton Inn & Suites Rohnert Park has a location that makes it very convenient for travelers going north or south on 101 in Sonoma County - it is right off the freeway with just 2 quick turns.
Check in was easy and the front desk agent was friendly. When she asked if I was Hilton Honors, I blanked for a minute and she offered to look me up by name. She couldn't find me listed, however. When I got to my room, I searched back through my old emails and found my membership number so I called down to have her add it to my account. I'm not sure it did me any good because I booked this hotel through Expedia, so I didn't receive any points for this stay. (Shame on you Hilton, for making 2nd class citizens out of people who book through Expedia.)
We requested a top floor room, and she found one for us.
It had 2 queen beds, a large screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom was spacious and well maintained and had nice amenities.
We didn't run the heater at all, but the room still seemed warm. Possibly we were getting heat from the room below.
The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice.
We had breakfast in the breakfast room before we left the next morning and were pleased to find warm oatmeal as well as some other hot choices and some cold choices as well.
I will stay here again, but will only book on the Hilton website from now on.

Terrible place with horrible customer service.
Somehow, I got booked for the next day instead of the night I needed, and they would not refund me. They would not let me come that day that I was scheduled even though they had availability then when I finally went the next day cause I was gonna get charged anyway they switched my room to one that didn’t work nearly as good for us so we just left and never go back to that place again horrible. Plus they charge you seven dollars to park your car in the parking lot and $20 for incidentals. I guess that you don’t get refunded.
