Cons: We did have a frustrating experience. We decided to rebook for a 3rd Night, extending our our original 2 night stay. The Owner/Mgr came to the room, and insisted that we give him $20 or we vacate the room and come back at Check In time. I made my way to the office, and we did get it sorted out without having to pay nor vacate. It just seemed really strange that it came to that level. Once we did get to actual check out day, staff continually knocked at our door from 9 AM, until we left at 10:45. I probably could've been out quicker, but I kept having to answer the door and reassure people that we were absolutely leaving.. So yeah. It's the Cheapest in town, Saw a family of roaches. TV was not functioning, but we never asked for it to be fixed. Staff bangs on door far too early and often on Check Out Day. We've stayed here many times before, but I'm not sure if I will book here again.

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet.
In the first room assigned, the bed was unmade & the towels were used.
The second room had numerous condition issues; AC vent broken, door damage, soiled microwave, dirt on floor, common surfaces wiped down shoes soil, Fridge frozen up, No bath vent switch, stained drape, Phone not functional, Bedspread stains, loose toilet lid, soiled tissue, baseboard dirt (see pics).
The pool was clean & a perfect temperature.
The bed was comfortable.
The room was quiet.
The staff was pleasant & helpful. They seemed to be working on improvements.
