I especially want to say a big thank you to Ahmed R, a staff from the front desk. When I got into an accident during my stay and had to call the police, I went down to the front desk and asked for help. In the end, we had to go to the police station to file the case, the process was very long which took more than four hours, and Ahmed's shift hour was even past. Ahmed helped me through all the translation and paperwork, his kindness and patience I could never be thankful enough.
Thank you, to Ahmed and the other staff for being very kind.

Hapi Hotel is an average hotel with an excellent location for families and business travelers.
I took a sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan, and arrived about a 10-minute walk from Aswan Railway Station along the Aswan Market (souk).
First of all, the location of Hapi Hotel is excellent. It is located in the center of town, right near the Nile, right near Aswan Market, and within walking distance from Aswan Railway Station.
And above all, it was great that there was a koshk (a small shop similar to a convenience store in Japan), which is important to me personally.
Another thing was that there was a tour desk. As in Aswan and Luxor, Uber Taxi was almost unusable, so it was nice to be able to do sightseeing through the tour desk without having to negotiate prices with local drivers.
There were restaurants nearby, but since it was Ramadan, it seemed like most local restaurants were closed during the day, so I used a foreign restaurant along the Nile. By the way, thanks to Ramadan I was able to see the local Ramadan scenery, which was great. It was interesting to see what it's like in an Islamic country.
Also, the room was very spacious, and it had a hot shower and basic amenities. I think the price was reasonable.
As for the staff, there were plenty of them around the clock, which made me feel at ease. Overall, I'd say it's an average hotel for business and families. I didn't have any problems. I recommend it.
