Beautiful lunch

Went as a family and stopped for lunch. The servers were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent for all three of us - excellent flavours and well presented. Nice views and ambiance. Restaurant was impeccably clean. All around, an excellent experience.

DECEPTION DC.

We had already been to this restaurant where the value for money was quite correct, and we hoped to repeat the experience.
Unfortunately if the setting is still nice, the quality of the table is no longer up to standard.
Menu at 52 Euros: posted on the menu of oysters n° 1, I was surprised because in restaurants it is more of n° 3 or 2; I eat oysters for more than 50 years and I know their sizes. What was served to me was n°3, a restaurant owner of Cancale must know the size of the oysters!!!. Besides, leaving the restaurant we went down to the port, and on the stalls of the oyster growers the oysters number 1 had nothing to do with what had been served to me.
Second negative point: Aperitif a kir at the wall charged 12 Euros while at the restaurant of the great hotel of the thermal baths of St Malo "Cape Horn" it is at 10 Euros, it is exaggerated.
And finally a lady of a respectable age no doubt the boss was not the most kind when settling the bill.
It's a shame because this restaurant has strengths, but I advise against it if it doesn't change its method.

Family meals

Restaurant at the top smiling staff impeccable service and above all a delicious dish quality from starter to dessert
A decent wine list with Affordable Awards the only downside is live access but there is parking nearby

The landscape deserves better

Hotel quite uncomfortable.
Tiny rooms, very average bedding.
Breakfast to avoid unless you are very hungry.
So we did not dare the restaurant.
An uncomfortable terrace is however available to guests.
Too bad, too bad, the environment is beautiful

Very nice location. but poor value for money, rooms are too expensive compared to space.

The hotel and restaurant are very well located with stunning views. The service is welcoming, very friendly. But our room overlooking the sea was really too small, we would have to remove the wardrobe finally everything that clutters. You can't meet around the bed and the bathroom is really very small. a person a little strong can neither enter nor exit the shower; you have to stand aside. The restaurant is a bit expensive but of very good quality. The seafood platter is really up to it.
