I recently stayed at Hotel Residence & Spa Europe in Clichy for five nights, and overall, my experience was a mix of positives and a few disappointments.
The Good
The hotel is well-located in Clichy, with easy access to public transport, making it convenient for exploring Paris. The staff at reception were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any queries. The spa and pool facilities were a highlight, offering a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The Not-So-Good
One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. For a hotel of this standard, I expected at least a kettle with basic tea and coffee provisions.
Additionally, the breakfast selection was decent. The WiFi connection in the room was very reliable .
Final Verdict
Hotel Residence & Spa Europe offers a comfortable stay with good amenities, but the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room was a letdown. If this isn’t a deal-breaker for you ( it wasn’t for me), it’s a solid option for a stay in Clichy, particularly for those who will make use of the spa and gym facilities.

Vacation Pro Spa

An ideal stay for a business trip! The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from line 14, with mouth shops nearby. The spa is a real plus to relax after a busy day. The team is very welcoming and always available to meet the needs of guests. Thank you for this beautiful experience, I will come back with pleasure during my next visit to the region!

Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer Service
Review:
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed that the carpet near the bathroom was damp. It quickly became clear that water from the toilet and bath was spilling into the room. Despite reporting this, we were told it was likely due to the previous guests and that it would dry on its own. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, showing that the root cause was never properly addressed.
The bedding was also uncomfortable, which added to our dissatisfaction. When I brought up these concerns, the staff's response was dismissive, focusing more on deflecting blame onto us rather than resolving the issue.
This experience fell far short of what one would expect from a hotel that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Poor communication and a lack of effort to address serious issues like this are unacceptable.
Would not recommend based on this stay.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Residence Europe & Spa and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, just a short walk from local transport links. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean. Hotel Residence Europe & Spa exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting paris for sightseeing like I did.
