Situation parfaite VS appartement très décevant
1. cuisine commune complètement inutilisable : plaques de cuisson hors service, bouilloire fêlée qui fuit, cafetière tellement entartrée que le café de coule pas, réfrigérateur bruillant mais hors service (nous avons dû jeter nos provision). Nous avons de suite contacté la gérante par téléphone qui nous a assuré qu elle viendrait des le lendemain matin pour que nous puissions cuisiner.
Résultats : personne ne est venu, aucun problème résolu, aucune nouvelle. Nous avions choisi un appartement avec cuisine pour limiter les frais de restauration mais finalement nous n avons pas pu cuisiner. La mauvaise foi de la gérante nous a particulièrement agacés =>si vous voulez un appart ne choissez pas ce logement, il s agit en fait d une chambre uniquement.
2. Logement très mal insonorisé, nous avions des voisins sympas heureusement
3. Aucune séparation chambre/sdb et surtout WC
4. Accès impossible pour les PMR, seniors, poussettes.
A choisir uniquement pour la situation géographique.

Non insonoriser pas de volet pour cause historique , manque une porte coulissante pour séparer salle de bain (WC) et chambre sinon appartement bien situer à 400m de la place de la cathédrale . Bonne découverte des marché de noël.
