Excellent hotel 2 steps from Milan

I was a guest at this property a few days ago with my family, not caring at all about the reviews I had read and which do not describe this hotel in the slightest.
We had a great time, clean room, spacious beds with white sheets and very comfortable mattresses and with everything you need to spend a few days without worries.
The abundant breakfast with croissants, yogurt, fruit juice, Nutella jam, rusks and cappuccino, coffee and chocolate service. The hotel is also located a few steps from the metro stop and I assure you that it is of great convenience.
The kindness of the owner and all the staff is the gem of the Hotel Greco, they make you feel at home and are very ready to satisfy every need or desire.
We had the great pleasure of meeting The PHARAOH, Said, a thoughtful, very intelligent boy who even delighted us with his courtesy and his knowledge of the city with an interesting and strategic map for visiting Milan in the best way.
Special thanks go to him ❤️ and to Hotel Greco good wishes so that the people who come from now on can be fair and truthful in writing appropriate and worthy reviews.

DON'T GO. The receptionist literally threatened us physically and verbally! Because we complained that the Air Conditioner was extra (€8) otherwise the room is an irrespirable hammock in addition to being gloomy. In addition to that we paid for a “parking” which is nothing more than an unsecured place not far from the hotel: 20€ per place at night is very expensive in addition to the room. Regarding the room all been broken, the terrace unusable because all dirty and filled with beast in the middle of July.. We wanted to change hotels asking for a refund we couldn’t, favor another hotel when you go to Milan you will get value for your money and your comfort.

This hotel is run down, the beds are over their estimated lifetime, so not comfortable at all.
Our door handle fell off.
The flush button on our toilet was constantly stuck, leading to a massive waste of water.
There are fungus at the walls in the toilet.
The room nr 1 is right next to the reception, so you can hear the noice from there clearly through the door, and specifically the receptionist talking on phone on speaker with someone for hours...
Table is wobbly, only one heater in the room working, so pretty could, even with 3 comforters on top...

TERRIBLE!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! ….I wonder how you can write half a positive line!!!….VERY DIRTY, DIRTY in every way. Rust peeling walls moldy beds painful sheets and blankets to sleep on clothes...not. We didn't even take off our shoes!!!!!
Legit question….Why don't the NAS go there????

average 2 star hotel, however the prices are all sky high,,...
...........if you can't find anything else it might be fine but it's not easy to find, luckily my navigator took me to the right street
