ORRORE. RATHER SLEEP IN THE CAR
We book on Booking and call to ask to postpone the Reservation by one day. The girl on the phone tells us, in rude tones, that the Reservation does not appear and that we have made a mistake. We present the evidence and continue on its way, we ask to speak to a manager who tells us that the girl is not familiar with reservations. He asks us to cancel on Booking “so I earn more” and in return tells us that he would give us a superior room. We ask if they have parking and they tell us they have free reserved parking.
We arrive, I go down to ask where the parking lot is and we discover that it is not actually private to the hotel but is the parking lot for some houses under construction.
Despite having checked in online we had to do it all over again on the spot.
One in two lifts is under maintenance and the other cannot be used by two with luggage. Good thing we were on the second floor.
On the door jamb we find two beautiful cobwebs and it is only the beginning. We enter and it was cold as hell, the air conditioner was at 19 degrees.
Dirty walls, various stains including one of blood. Air conditioner dripping, refrigerator unusable because just opened gave off a putrid smell. Spring mattresses completely broken and stained, absent the mattress cover and having been two single mattresses opened continuously, stained blanket and sheets full of hair. Broken bed cabinet.
Bathroom with sink without cap and obviously clogged, mold in the shower, broken shower door and did not close. All rusty. Dirty bidet towel I don't want to know what.
From the terrace you could see the dirty pool.
We go to reception in the evening to have our towels changed and the receptionist, the only kind, apologizes and gives us more towels. You mark all the problems of the room, but obviously it does not change us.
In the morning, after breakfast (only decent thing), we report to the receptionist the problems of the room and she makes faces as if to say “it looks strange”. We ask to speak to a manager, he tells us he's leaving, but he was there behind us. We chase him, explain the situation and he replies rudely as if we were making everything up. He even blames the Austrian tourists who had been there before us. We invite him to join us in the room. Before the evidence never a hint of apology and continued with the same grumpy attitude. No excuses and of course no mention of compensation.
Despite traveling very never found such a place. Double room 63+4€ tourist tax.

Bad experience
decidedly too small to accommodate 3 people (even 4 according to you)
Dust both on the furniture and under the bed on our arrival
Fridge placed in a very uncomfortable place to use
TV with no channel stored and inability to understand how to do it
Small terrace and with 4o6 outdoor units of the climate of other rooms

Definitely weak aspiration to be a blind toilet
Sanitary and taps decidedly dated and poorly maintained/cleaned
Absence of mat and stool
The second day having asked for the total change of towels we ended up with 1 large towel and 4 small... we were 3 adult guests

Dishes like jam without description of the type
Cake area definitely anything but fresh
All the dishes left uncovered with midges feasting from side to side and on top of that the door wide open to the side garden
Definitely watered down fruit juice
Hot drinks and juice machine not very clean
In all this, however, I must specify that the Lady of the breakfast room was very kind, smiling and helpful.
Moreover throughout our stay one of the elevators was "under maintenance", but the impression was that it was not their intention to use it
At our departure, came down with all the suitcases, we said goodbye and the receptionist said a "Good day" without even looking away from the computer screen.

Not to be repeated
Double mattress and probably also the bed bases, smashed to the point that if my husband or I moved only one arm from bed he danced everything, let alone turning around!!
Then it comes to cleaning.
You do not expect an "entrance" cleaning every day but at least, since it happened to find a cockroach in the bathroom, returning to the "already clean" room I find it in the exact same position, in front of the shower.
As it happens, I still find the cleaning girl on the floor and pointing it out she replies: oh my God I thought it was a stain!! I was kind to the end just so I wouldn't ruin the weekend further. The refrigerator turned off and unusable because in 'opening it came out a really indecent smell.
The pool? I thought, if the rooms are like this I dare not imagine how it can be! So I avoided CATEGORICALLY.
The breakfast lady was super nice but unfortunately 2 out of 3 mornings I had to change the clearly DIRTY cutlery.
I repeat it is a shame because the structure with a bit of desire to do would also be nice but with all these inconveniences / disasters you can not notice the potential.
And as they say: Who has bread has no teeth
