Really love this hotel. Very convenient location, large room at affordable price. I paid more for room that is much smaller. Will defintely book again.

Good location and comfortable room.
5 mins walk to the Castle and shopping mall. It is a bit noisy coz the bus stop is very closed to the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was pristine, with high-quality toiletries provided.
The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and outstanding place to stay, this is it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Good central location and close to Kumamoto castle and short tram ride away from Kumamoto train station. Clean and decent sized rooms considering Japan. Many eateries and restaurants within walking distance too. Nice gardens at Suizenji
