Ok for 2 nights, great location to the old town
The hotel is a bit hard to find, because it's not at the front of the road as expected, but behind a huge concrete area. There are lots of parking spaces around the hotel, but they are usually all occupied, every little free corner is parked. We were lucky, there was just a parking space available while we were looking. We had previously asked the hotel by email about parking, but they did not reply. It is best to look for a parking garage in the immediate vicinity before arrival, if you cannot find a parking space at the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and modern, but the surroundings are totally run down. Unbeatable though the location, it is only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Otherwise, the hotel is quite new, the rooms very neat and clean, in the bathroom it is very dark especially at the mirror. There is NOT a fridge, coffee machine or kettle in the room, but shampoo, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom, as well as a shower cap. If you eat something in the restaurant or bar, you can have it written on your room, there is then a 10% discount. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious, plenty of space. Was OK for 2 nights

Great Stay During the New Year Holidays
We spent the New Year holidays at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a ten-minute walk from the city center.
The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and we especially appreciated how warm they were, which was perfect for the winter season.
A special highlight was the breakfast, which was very diverse and catered to all tastes. Overall, an excellent choice for a pleasant stay!

A 10 TO STAFF
The staff was lovely and friendly, they welcomed you with a smile and helped you with anything you needed. The room is not very large but it is correct, has everything you need, is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is very nice but we weren't convinced, maybe we didn't get the choice right. Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. The area of the hotel at first seemed unsafe but it is actually close to the old town and then we realized that we gave that impression because there were old buildings but except the old town most of the city is like that. We were able to park on the street without problem.

Reasonable hotel in a student area
Located about 10 minutes out of the old town, it’s in a slightly strange environment in that it looks like a lot of run down flats; but it may be a culture thing that this felt a little bit odd. The hotel itself is better in the communal areas than the room. But I wouldn’t describe the hotel as anything like a 4 star hotel you may expect in some parts of the world. Staff on reception were excellent and really friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they moved our room and were very nice about it.
The rooms are pretty small and fine but all grey and white. Pillows not the greatest, and not the quietest of rooms as there was music one night and the bar was closed and this could be heard til 1am when it finally stopped. So first night was pretty awful with no air conditioning and noise and lumpy pillows! .
Breakfast was ok. And the staff at breakfast seem keen to get things cleared up asap.
The photos of the hotel are deceiving and don’t show the buildings that surround it.
Overall it was fine but I definitely wouldn’t return.

Very helpful staff at the front desk, quick check-in and check out.
Breakfast is good if your stay a day or two, but then it is all the same every day, coffee machine is not the greatest, and the restaurant staff is keeping the hotel guests corralled in a certain area, which gets smaller and smaller as time is approaching to 10 am by putting "reserved" signs on tables, so you can't sit just anywhere you want.
The air-conditioning units were super noisy, which made it hard to sleep.
But mainly the area around the hotel is shifty looking. There are some local drunks that love to sit in front of the restaurant, so it doesn't add to the hotel's overall attractiveness.
