Nestled amidst an ancient rainforest and just a short drive from the airport, our tropical sanctuary offers the perfect blend of privacy and tranquility. A lot of precious wildlife can also be spotted from our resort, including dusky leaf monkeys, flying lemurs, hornbills, eagles, and even otters and dolphins right in front of our cove facing the Andaman Sea.
As you mentioned, our Ladies and Gentlemen are dedicated to providing exceptional service with genuine care and comfort to all our beloved guests. We're overjoyed to hear that your experience with us exceeded your expectations. A piece of 5 star paradise
From the minute we were greeted at the airport to the day we left the hotel it was an amazing experience.
All of the staff were so helpful and caring. From the boys who cleaned our room daily to the staff in the restaurants to any area of the resort. Impeccable!

Exceptional resort, with flawless service
The highlight was the staff, best service of any luxury hotel worldwide I have stayed at. Very thoughtful, attentive and responsive.
We will definitely return. Congratulations to the management of this hotel who run such a brilliant team, and excellent location.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The Langkawi Tourism Fee will be changed to RM10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards in line with the Langkawi Municipal Council. For key events, a charge of RM20 per night will apply. Key events include Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
