Terrible hotel. A steal for what they offer.
Although I had already read other people's bad experiences, I still decided to go because of the photos of the pools
The pools are super dirty. I had to be with a group of teenagers who looked like they went to a soccer tournament and stayed at the hotel. They came home from their game all dirty and went into the pool with uniforms and even socks. Nobody told them anything, although there were staff around, the water in the pools was brown. I got hives after getting into the pool.
The receptionists are rude, especially a lady with long hair, who from the moment I arrived answered me super rudely.
The hotel seems abandoned, in the hallway rooms there are holes everywhere, you can see the old dirty pipe installations. The old elevator, and with a bad smell.
The first night we arrived at an old room, with cockroaches and bedbugs, they hadn't even washed the bathroom. The bathrooms had no light.
The sheets smelled dirty, like someone else had just used them, really, disgusting. There is no internet in the rooms, it was a waste of time for me since one of my goals was also to work on my computer.
The second night they moved me to a better room, but it still smelled musty, the sheets smelled dirty.
Also, there is a lot of noise because there are canteens and bars nearby, we couldn't sleep.
In reality, it wasn't a vacation, I already wanted it to end...
I hope someone finds my comment useful and doesn't get discouraged. To explore, like me...

The cleaning service is provided until the check out. Does not have food service.....

- Good location not far from the beach. One major road to cross, but ir could be done in stages.
- I had no problem with the reception or cleaning staff. Nice people with a good attitude.
- The hotel pool water looked decently clean, i have seen a lot worse in Mexico. Mostly chairs and few sunbeds, but not crowded. Most guests head for the beach why it did not gets crowded.
- A/C was good. Too good, I turned it off completely at night.
- Hotel room beds were "decent". A bit dated, but not dirty.
- Hotel room ceiling, walls and floor had good finish.
The issues:
- Debris from hurricane Otis had been piled up on the hotel parking lot. 5 months later still not removed, and a pile of garbage attracts more garbage.
- Hotel elevator buttons were a mess. Very difficult to press a button to get a reaction from the elevator. It was not helpful that many of the light diodes in the buttons were broken.
- Bathroom details: the toilet paper holder broken and no shower curtain. The warm water was not very hot.
- Strange placement of cloth hangers, in the bathroom.
- The balcony not useful for much more than drying wet clothes. Narrow, and with some view of the ocean.
- Breakfast opened late compared to the surrounding street cafés.Not tried the all inclusive package, but it is highly doubtful it is worth the extra penny. The hotel bar looked pretty desolated most of the time.
Fixing the last details, not all are costly, would raise my ratings +1.
