Decent stay for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean big rooms. Great location just 5-7 minutes to the center and beach which was probably the best feature for me. The thing I didn’t like is my room was all the way at the end and there was no view of anything at all from the balcony. Also because I was so far that the WiFi did not work at all. I booked last minute and booked the cheapest room though. Overall good value for the money.

Scam

Poor value for money 100 euros a night without breakfast.small pool, an incredible vis-à-vis between all the rooms, an inventory is made at the end of your stay but nothing is defined at our weird arrival, surely a way to scratch some pesos

Run away

Description of misleading rooms, quadruple rooms cannot accommodate 4 adults, beds are too small.
Lots of screws and promiscuity, bad rooms
soundproofed, quiet and rest depending on your neighbors... no luck for us a baby crying all night...
Microwave once uses... no luck short circuit and HS then without us understanding why.... we reported it, to our surprise the hotel charged us 90€ per microwave! after negotiations we had to pay 50€... very disappointed by this hotel... just like holbox that turns into mud ground with huge puddles of water as soon as it rains....

A slice of heaven

The staff were absolutely amazing at Naj, particularly Karina, Sammy and Adrian. They were some of the nicest staff we’ve come across and went out their way to make us feel special. The pool is lovely, albeit small but does the job and the food in the restaurant for breakfast/lunch is great. We’d come back to Naj in a heartbeat!

LAPTOP STOLEN HERE. Hotel staff did nothing about it!

DO NOT TO STAY HERE. My laptop was stolen from my backpack during the hour it was in their luggage room before check-in. We requested surveillance footage but conveniently for them, there are no cameras in the luggage room. They refused to email us the footage from outside of the luggage room, not that it would have helped because surely they know how to be discreet about exiting with a stolen item. We then asked to speak to a manager about a refund AT THE VERY LEAST as we left 3 nights early because of this but of course, the employees at the front refused to give us their name, direct number or contact info!! I’m so disappointed that this happened and I hope that if anyone does decide to stay at this criminal establishment anyway, they keep an eye on their stuff at all times.

We are very sorry that your stay with us was not the best and we are equally sorry that you did not recover your belongings. However, we cannot rule out that you forgot them somewhere other than the hotel. From your journey to arriving at the hotel, it could also be an option to lose them.
We provided you with the available videos at all times for you to review, the reason why they were not sent to Gmail is due to the simple fact that they are hours of recording, however, you were able to review them in detail.
Despite everything, they took the trouble to pass it on to the island authorities, reaching the conclusion that there was no evidence of any theft and much less that the computer had entered the establishment. The reason why a quick resolution was given was due to the contradictions that were had with the police and the lack of certainty of its last location. It is very important to us that they could trace the last location of their belongings at all times and perhaps that is a point where we could understand if the computer or the camera arrived on the island.
If necessary, we will continue to cooperate to clarify this matter and we clarify that we never act in bad faith.
