Very helpful staff!

I did not stay in this hotel but I was late for my flight and asked staff at Indiana hotel to help me call taxi. Even though I was not their client, they invested their time in helping me out calling different taxi services until we finally got a cab (it was a busy hour for taxi).

Nothing special

The room we were booked into looks so weird, like a repurposed double closet and just gave off a weird vibe. The receptionist was nice but too slow and seemed to me to be under the influence of something.
The hotel is decently close to the city center and it was clean upon our arrival.
We chose not to eat here because we didn't like the appearance of the restaurant.
All in all, this place is not a wonderful hotel, but it works if you cannot find anything else.

Room to the street, awful breakfast, smoking room, impossible to switch

Visited the Hotel for a business trip. Got one room to the street, constant traffic and honking. The room was a smoking room previously, it smelled like the previous customers had been smoking there although smoking in closed spaces is prohibited for more than a year. All-in-all seemed like an undercover "smokers room". Tried to switch, it was impossible accompanied by a grim smile. There was issue with hot water pressure and upon arrival there was no water at all, they were working 6PM at the water pipes in some other room. The breakfast was very limited in options, luckily I stayed only two nights, on the second morning I flew away without breakfast. Usually I'm not complaining about services, but this deserved my review. I believe there are plenty of other options with better conditions in Iasi in the same price range.

Central and decent

Centrally located and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.
The heating is working but you have to ask at the desk how to operate it if you want to change the temperature (it's easy but not intuitive).
The main door is locked at night and you have to ring if you arrive at unusual hours.
There is a terrace on each floor for the smokers.
On the less pleasant side: there is no elevator so anything above the second floor, with luggage is a real workout.

Strategic but simple

The hotel is strategically located in terms of access to several places, transport, culture, and shopping. It is not so far from the busy city centre even though it's location at th intersection of roads makes it a little noisy.
The rooms are very spacious with the required amenities, heating, noise out etc.
What was disappointing was the breakfast. There is nothing to write home about the breakfast. And serving Fanta and Coca Cola for breakfast was below the belt. And the staff at the restaurant did not make things better.
But the receptionists were nice, very welcoming and willing to help. The hotel is very clean and nice
All in all, it was a pleasant place to spend almost a week
