What an amazing experience

What an amazing experience . Everything was wonderful. The rooms, the staff, the food. All 5 star. A special call out to Leslie for making our game drives so fabulous. He made sure to know all his guests and what animals they really wanted to see. Then he delivered! I would highly recommend this lodge and I hope to go back.

Awesome wildlife experience

My son and I just had an incredible two-day stay at Cheetah Ridge Lodge. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a truly relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always going above and beyond with a warm smile.
The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served in a peaceful setting, with the all-inclusive meals and beverages adding to the stress-free experience.
A special mention to Leslie, our outstanding ranger and guide. He was not only professional and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring we saw an abundance of wildlife. This was one of the best game reserves I’ve visited, offering fantastic wildlife sightings.
I highly recommend Cheetah Ridge Lodge Reserve!

Great experience At Cheetah Ridge Lodge!

We had a great experience at Cheetah Ridge Lodge, especially considering it was a last-minute arrangement prompted by our original safari lodge suffering from flood waters requiring cancellation. The service provided by the staff stands out the most. They were attentive to our every need, surpassing what I would expect at even the most expensive lodges. The food was really very good with enough menu options to please everyone. The game drives were quite good, given us exposure to every animal you'd want to see aside from leopard. (They have leopard on property, but we just weren't lucky enough to spot them.) One thing we did notice is that the big cats and some of the other larger mammals are collared, which we were told is something you see at the smaller game reserves, but not Kruger/Greater Kruger. Our tracker, Kayla, was extremely knowledgeable and affable.

Absolutely Incredible

We had 3 nights at Cheetah Ridge with a group of friends and were completely blown away by the lodge, staff and catering. The old farm house has been transformed into a gorgeous lodge that is beautifully decorated while still appreciating its history. The grounds and gardens are stunning - we loved that we could have some of our meals outside under the magnificent Fig Tree or in the boma, enjoying the early morning sunshine or crisp evenings. The chalets are lovely with a view over a dam - we loved watching the hippos, buck and birds. The absolute highlight of our trip was the staff - Sasha made us so welcome from the moment we arrived, patiently showing us around and introducing us to her colleagues. Our guide, Caldon, was absolutely awesome - we have excellent sightings, incredible sunrises, and such fun on our game drives. Caldon always made sure we had our favorite drinks and snacks on the drives, and was so knowledgeable and patient with our millions of questions. And then there was the food and drinks - what a treat! The Chef has to be one of the best - the array and quality of food was delicious, and we could be flexible with our orders which was such a unique and memorable experience. The barmen and waiters were excellent and so hospitable - were really felt so spoilt. We also went to the spa for the most glorious full body massage - the therapists were so professional and talented, and the spa facilities were lovely.

The lodge went above and beyond for Valentine's Day.
Super service and we'll be back with the family.
