Smashing place close to everything needed for a perfect visit too benidorm
Rooms spotless and cleaned daily will definitely return to the publeo

An excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Beware. I was assaulted and robbed outside of the hotel. The Police had no interest in investigating this crime or making any effort to stop this from happening again. Other guests should be warned that criminals operate in this area. I wrote to the management of the Hotel to approach the Police and request them to do their job. However, I am still waiting for a reply.

I know people just moan but I’ve stayed in plenty of three stars and none has been as bad as this standard

Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. We are sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations. In response to your comments, we would like to inform you that the beds have wheels so that once they are tilted they can be easily moved for cleaning. This is a regulation required to guarantee the safety and health of our cleaning staff. Likewise, the beds do not roll into a horizontal position, as the wheels are not located at the base of the bed legs. As for what you said about the bed linen, we would have changed it immediately if you had mentioned it to us during your stay. We always change it regularly and reinforce the service in case of any incident.
Finally, we would like to point out that the restaurant service is very important to us and we invest many hours of dedication to the planning and preparation of the menus, with a large number of alternatives and the best products, so we take note of your comments and will do our best to satisfy you if you decide to visit us again.
