It was almost 3 in the morning when we arrived at the hotel to ask for a room.
Daniela was not only efficient, but also extremely empathetic and comforting. He quickly helped us get a room and kindly indicated where to park.
Arriving in the room, in addition to finding it clean and comfortable, we found some Easter chocolates; after a terrible seven hours driving, Daniela managed to make our complicated and chaotic day infinitely better.
As customers, it reinforced the trust we have in the brand and completely raised the standard in terms of hospitality. Exceptional service and an amazing person.

very good value for money
The room is typical of the Ibis chain. It is not luxury but it is clean, comfortable and fully serviced every day. My room overlooked the Jesuitas Park and was very pleasant. There is a good range for breakfast and a bar which serves light meals and the staff will prepare a vegetarian option (pizza) on request. The location served me very well and was a good location for a travel guide to pick and drop me off.
