Helpful and serene
The houses are clean and comfy, you get brought fresh water every day as well as free tea/ coffee/ biscuits. 10/10 would stay again!

Bad experience
Bad general state of preservation and reasonable cleanliness
Receptionist very unfriendly, a little arrogant even
We had to pay 200 BTH as deposit without anyone explaining anything and without notice
We felt pretty unwanted

Houses near Main Street in Pai
The lady at the reception was nice and helpful.
However, another staff member wasn’t very nice nor helpful.
The place has way too many rules, there is lack of cleanliness in the rooms + breakfast and the water pressure in the shower was terrible

DO NOT STAY IN THIS RESORT!!!!
We ended up going to the police station because the husband was following us on his bike when we left . We were really scared of him. He claimed that he is a tourist police. ..what an irony.
The police told us that there were few complaints before but sadly they didn't do anything except to talked to him.
I have reported to booking.com and they said nothing can be done.
I even wrote to Thailand Tourism Board but sad to say, no respond from them either.
It took me so long to write is because I didn't know I can write a review at TripAdvisor when I didn't book with them.
I hope this will help travellers who are thinking of going to PAI and looking for accommodation.
Please avoid this place .

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests planning to arrive outside regular front desk hours are requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.
