Really appreciated

It was certainly one of the most complete facilities I have ever stayed in.
Perfect quality/price, online staff always available, very central location, we visited the whole city on foot.
You were starting to breathe in the story as they looked from the apartment window.

No A/S or parking as otherwise advertised on Agoda

I booked an apartment via Agoda from outside that they had A/C and that they had parking. Parking was all busy so we had to park very far from the apartment and expensive. The apartment had no A/C when we arrived and we contacted them where they to start with did not hold telf at all or replied to our messages. We contacted Agoda and they said we should contact them. They want us to make video and photographers of us where stated that they had A/C for they had it only in some occasions. We did and sent to them and then they just said yes but we don't have other apartments but you can be happy that we have put a fan available. I contacted Agoda which was also not very helpful besides that they can give cash back points for 35 USD which you should again use with them as they said the hotel has not replied them back. I again contacted the accommodation and they said that they have answered them and back and forth it went like this several times. In the end they thought they couldn't do anything. So be aware that they are difficult to contact and not cooperative at all and they lie on Agoda's website about some things.

Enjoyed my stay!

Absolutely luxurious accomodation, in the heart of the city, but on a quiet street! We had a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, a bath with everything you needed - including washing machine, and a very nice and comfy bedroom! Could fit 4 people nicely, we were only 2 and it was still price-convenient!

Overall a very disappointing experience

I do not recommend this accommodation. My experience has been less than was expected and I would not recommend this place. Though Prague, what a lovely city, definitely worth a visit! I have stayed in many more enjoyable places and this one is not memorable.

Could not be better located

Location is excellent, could not be more central. Despite the vicinity to the city centre the rooms are not at all noisy. The equipment is simple, easy to handle and very practical. However, it is not suitable for handicapped people because there is no elevator. I would not qualify Mordecai Twelve as a hotel. It is an apartment building for self-catering guests.
