Great location
The neighborhood is full of clubs, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
It has a terrace on the 6th floor that allows you to have breakfast outdoors with views of both the Bosphorus and the Galata Tower.
The rooms are scenically very nice, from a thousand and one nights........
Breakfast has a more savoury than sweet buffet.
I would have liked to give excellent, but you know that it is the small details (wi-fi, cleanliness, television) that make the difference, so I just give a very good.
For the thumbs up position and for the suggested price.

One thousand and one nights
The staff is super friendly. We were with 5 girlfriends and enjoyed it very much.

Terrible Experience-Avoid at All Costs!
1. No Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional during my entire stay. I had to go to the reception FOUR times, only to be connected to different networks that didn’t work. Instead of fixing the issue, they made me run up and down repeatedly. I was supposed to work but I couldn’t because of this nonsense, had to take a day off!
2. Electricity Issues: The electricity in my room wasn’t functioning properly, leaving me in total darkness. How do they expect anyone to stay in a room like that?
3. No Slippers: There were no slippers in the room, and when I requested them, they outright refused to give me any. Strangely, other guests were provided with slippers, but not us. This blatant unfairness was shocking.
4. Air Conditioning Disaster: The air conditioning was set to an unbearable 28 degrees Celsius in a poorly ventilated room. It felt suffocating, and despite my complaints, the staff said there was nothing they could do.
5. Rude Staff: When I went to the reception to address these issues, I was met with sarcasm and indifference. The staff’s attitude was unacceptable.
6. Least Resort: After all the frustration, they finally gave us another room—but only when we were about to check out the other morning!
I paid almost 200 euros for this nightmare of a stay.
Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!

Good smell, clean and very helpful staff! Great location, next to Galata tower and awsome coffee shops.
