I have been to this hoteln8 years ago and the service was really good
When i request to clean the room, they never do it. I stayed 5 days in the hotel they have cleaned for one day only while i was requesting every day for that.
The brake fast finishes quickly and is not variant

sleep well in a former factory
Our room was on the ground floor, was very large, well furnished, even with safe and kettle. We had a large bathroom with shower, enough storage facilities everywhere, enough cupboards and drawers, enough outlets, nice lighting. Comfortable beds. Television only partially worked with limited programs, but that didn't bother us.
At 3 nights once towels were exchanged and trash cans emptied and once the beds were made. The room was not swept or cleaned during our stay. On arrival, however, everything was very clean.
Breakfast was varied, nice sausage, cheese and fish plate, many kinds of juice, fully automatic coffee machine, cereal, scrambled eggs with bacon etc. Unfortunately only baked-on rolls and the sometimes very bright and sometimes burned. Breakfast service was provided by the reception staff, which was not always so happy. The staff strives, but of course cannot split and do everything at the same time. The tables in the breakfast room were therefore sometimes overloaded with dirty dishes because the service was just busy with check-in for a while...
Overall, a solid hotel and if you get it at a reasonable price, you can definitely spend a few nights here.

Disappointing
First of all, the very few positive points:
The mattresses were very comfortable and the room was clean and quite large. There was free parking, but not really many.
Unfortunately, that was it.
The hotel has 3 stars, probably because it meets the formal criteria, such as safe and refrigerator in the room.
Otherwise, the hotel does not even have the level of a youth hostel.
You are greeted in the yard or driveway by lots of garbage and dirt while the staff sits around and gets bored.
The bathroom looked like it had been imported from the eighties.
The sink and various tiles were broken.
Breakfast was, in our opinion, partly hazardous to health.
Like I said we stayed there two nights.
At both breakfasts, the same bowls of poultry salad, shrimp cocktail, yogurt and fruit salad were definitely unchilled and uncovered on the buffet.
A skin has already formed on the poultry salad and the shrimp cocktail. The broth in which the can of fruit salad floated was already brown in color.
I guess he was standing there the day before, the way he looked the first day. The vending machine coffee was inedible.
Scrambled eggs and sausages were burnt on both days. The bacon was completely burned. On the second day they had forgotten to light the burner to keep it warm.
Solution of the staff: warm everything again, presumably in the oven. After that it was finally inedible. The rolls were either almost unbaked or probably baked several times. The croissants on the first morning were very dark brown and almost turned to dust. The staff were most likely unskilled throughout and apparently not trained at all what their job is. They were actually all just sitting around and apparently bored or talking.
Next to it stood the withered houseplants and longed for affection
The premises of the former factory actually have potential. If you invested a bit of work, money and love and had staff who cared about the hotel and the guests, it could reach 3 star level.
