Birthday party with overnight stay
The people were super nice and attentive, the food was excellent and the rooms were clean and adequate. The breakfast was also great, our wishes were taken into account and constantly replenished. We and our guests were all completely satisfied and can only say thank you to the people. You just felt at home.

Promising, but does not meet expectations
Beautiful location, pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The menu gives you hope for gourmet cuisine if you trust the description of the dishes and the prices. The reality, however, is sobering and disappointing. The tartare is already prepared and is dominated by a mustard mayonnaise. You can no longer taste the meat. The same goes for spicy duck (you suspect an Asian touch based on the description), here the same mustard mayonnaise dominates the dish and Asian flavors are missing. The skin of the duck, stirred into the indefinable mass, is not crispy and the puff pastry that was served with it is oily. The fillet of Iberico pork is overcooked and without roasting agents (it was obviously not fried), the sauce from the packet. The delicious taste and the special structure of Iberico meat is not recognizable. What a pity! The prices are clearly excessive. Bruschetta and Tarte Tartin were tasty, but at €16.00 they were simply overpriced, as was the wine, which was of below-average quality and above-average price. The service tried to be friendly, but clearly had problems dealing with criticism. The young ladies take everything very personally and are still very unsure of their job.
The accommodation
We spent 2 nights at the Weltrad and hoped that the kitchen would make up for the very simple rooms with the sporty beds. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I cannot understand the many great reviews at all. The breakfast was OK.

Great restaurant, acceptable accommodation for one night
I was accordingly disappointed with the room, which was reminiscent of a youth hostel and gave a shabby impression. Two separate beds, each against the wall, so that when I turned over I was either half hanging over the edge or hitting the wall, and the poor quality pillow meant I slept very badly. For one night, it is bearable, but for a weekend I would choose other accommodation and just come here for the food. Because the food is so outstanding and the breakfast was good and the service was very friendly, I only deduct one point.

Einfach zu teuer
Frühstück 10€ pro Person überteuert, Obstsalat aus der Dose war sauer, keine Entschuldigung, gar nicht zu empfehlen
