A beautiful resort for a holiday

First of all, all the hotel staff did their job very well and were always smiling. In general, the hotel's pool, gardens, beach, umbrellas and sun loungers were perfect. I have to mention one detail (it was very bad that Russian tourists put towels on the umbrellas and sunbeds before going to the beach) and it was also very bad that Russian tourists did not follow the rules and talked loudly in the corridors and the dining room, filling the table and leaving more than they could eat. Cleaning in all parts of the hotel was very good, breakfast was varied and sufficient for Asian nations. We did not like anything, I hope they will take this problem into account. THE BATHROOMS OF THE HOTEL NEED TO BE COMPLETELY CHANGED AND HAVE SHOWER DOORS, WE HAVE CHANGED TWO ROOMS, THE SHOWER DOORS IN BOTH DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE CLASS OF THE HOTEL, I HOPE THEY WILL BE AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE THEY RETURN TO THE SHOWER BOARD IN TIME.

Holidays in Phu Quoc

Nice hotel, rested 10 days. The service was very enjoyable, the service is top level. Thank you very much to the Duc Anh employee. He's very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, cleaning every day, bed changed daily. The beach is clean.

We have a wonderful time at Thien Thanh resort. Mr Trong who take care us from the first day. He always give a good suggestion for us. A beautiful family hotel

Very nice hotel, a beautiful private beach and spacious room. The mattress is hard but otherwise nothing negative to say. The buffet at lunch was very good with a variety of fresh fruit. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the children's play section everything was perfect!

Perfect stay
