Excellent Stay – Clean, Great Location & Friendly Staff!
I had a wonderful stay at 22Land Hotel Saigon! The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center. The rooms are brand new, spotless, and well-maintained.
The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, making the experience even better. Breakfast was great—very clean and professionally prepared. However, I wish they could offer more drink options, as it seemed limited to coffee, milk, water, and two kinds of juice.
One downside is that the drink prices are too high for Vietnam. I understand the need for a higher price point, but they should be more reasonable to attract more customers.
The only other minor issue was that the air conditioning in the hallways and elevators wasn’t turned on, which would make the stay even more comfortable if improved.
Overall, this is a fantastic, clean, and well-cared-for hotel at a great price. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back next time!

Land at 22Land
From booking in, to providing relevant advice on tours, arranging cabs for us, clean and well serviced rooms, a full menu service restaurant and included breakfast, the excellent laundry service and the Sky Bar, 22 Land excelled.
There was a genuine interest each time we entered the foyer on how our day had gone and where we had been.
We enjoyed being greeted at the main door as they opened it for us as we entered and left the premises.
The women in our party were delighted to each be presented with a rose in celebration of International Women’s Day.
We recommend this hotel.

The staff are professional.
The staff here are all lovely people.
Luxury hotels are good, too. It is a very good hotel that you can do this if you come without any hesitation.

Hotel 22Land Hotel Saigon - Great stay!
The rooms are simply perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of the city were breathtaking. I was particularly enthusiastic about the small attentions in the room, such as fresh fruit and a selection of different pillows.
The hotel offers numerous amenities to make your stay special. The spa is a real highlight – the sauna, pool and range of massages were just the thing to relax after a long day in the city. Breakfast was also excellent: a huge selection of fresh, local produce and a variety that leaves nothing to be desired.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the main attractions. Despite the central location it was amazingly quiet in the room.
Overall, Hotel 22Land Hotel Saigon offers excellent value for money. It was one of the best hotel stays I ever had and I will definitely come back. Absolute Recommendation!
